8 servings1 hour 30 min
Wheat flour - 450 g, Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 200 gr, Kefir - 200 ml, Sunflower oil - 5 tbsp, Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp, baking soda - 1 tsp, vinegar - 0.5 tsp, butter - 250 gr, Condensed milk - 350 ml, Walnuts - 50 gr, Kuraga - 50 gr, Prunes - 50 gr, Dark chocolate - 100 gr, Candy - 50 gr, Vanillin - 1 gr
We prepare the ingredients.
We drive two large eggs into the bowl.
Add sugar and cocoa to the eggs.
Beat thoroughly with a whisk or mixer to completely dissolve the sugar.
We pour kefir into the mixture (it is better to use cold, immediately from the refrigerator). Stir with a whisk.
Pour sunflower oil, mix.
Add soda slaked with vinegar.
Pour parts of flour, sieved several times through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen, and gently mix.
Let the dough stand for about 20 minutes so that the dough is well enriched with carbon dioxide, counting the reaction of kefir and soda slaked with vinegar. During this time, we warm the oven to 180 degrees.
We cover the mold with foil, lubricate it with sunflower oil and pour dough into it. Bake for about 20 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
When the cake is baked, take it out. Let him cool down a little, cut it along the line into two. We cut the edges, we will need them for sprinkling.
We prepare the cream. Whisk the condensed milk with a blender with butter and a pinch of vanillin. Those who love the message can add icing sugar.
Rinse the dried apricots, prunes and nuts thoroughly, cut into small pieces. We collect cake. Grease one bark with cream, sprinkle with prunes, kuraga and nuts.
We rub the chocolate on a coarse grater.
Cover with a second bark. Grease on top with cream. Sprinkle crushed crumbs and grated chocolate on top and sides.
We decorate with sweets (poppy flowers) or any others at will. Leave the cake overnight in the fridge for soaking. Have a nice tea party!
