Wheat flour - 300 gr, Sugar - 120 gr, Cocoa powder - 30 gr, Baking powder - 1.5 gr, Vanillin - 1 gr, Butter - 200 gr, Sugar - 180 gr, Cottage cheese - 600 gr, Vanilla sugar - 1 gr, Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Corn starch - 1.5 tbl.
CRUMB: In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, vanillin, baking powder, mix everything.
Place the cold butter, diced.
Gently grind everything with your hands until the crumbs form. Put it in the fridge.
FILLING: Put the curd in a blender, add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, starch.
Mix everything.
CAKE CAKE: To the bottom of the mold and line the sides with parchment. Visually divide the crumb into three parts. Lay out one part, equalize.
Put half of the curd mass on top.
Lay out the second part of the crumb, gently equalize with a shoulder blade.
Lay out the second half of the cottage cheese.
