Sour cream - 375 g, Cottage cheese - 400 g, Sugar - 100 gr, Sour cream - 2 tbsp, Sugar - 3 tbsp, Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp, Butter - 1 tbsp, Sugar - 1 pack, Butter - 200 gr, Chocolate - 200 gr, Vanillin - to taste, Eggs - 6 pcs., Wheat flour - 4.5 tbsp., Baking soda - 0.5 tsp., Salt - to taste
Prepare the ingredients. Fold the chocolate and butter into a suitable container.
And melt (in a water bath or microwave).
Add granulated sugar to the eggs.
Beat.
Flour, salt and vanilla. . .
. . . mix.
Add the mixture to the beaten eggs.
Mix.
Add melted chocolate.
Mix.
We end up with chocolate dough.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake with whole bark when 180S and divide into 3 layers.
Cream ingredients: Mix sour cream, sugar and cottage cheese
and whisk.
