Eggs - 3 pcs., Wheat flour - 130 gr, Sugar - 100 gr, Honey - 2 tbl, Salt - 3 gr, Baking powder - 2 tsp, Cocoa powder - 20 gr, Vanilla sugar - 5 gr, Butter - 150 gr, Cooked condensed milk - 350 gr, Coconut shavings - 10 gr, Chocolate - 50 gr
Pour the flour mixture into the egg. Stir the resulting mass with a spoon, kneading dough, similar to thick sour cream and divide into 3 parts. Cover the baking tin with parchment paper, pour out the third part of the dough, evenly flatten it throughout the tin (I have a shape diameter of 28 cm). Bake the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, so bake all the 3 of the cake. Let the cakes cool, remove the paper.
To make the cream, beat the softened butter with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Continuing to beat, add the boiled condensed milk in parts. It should turn out a soft, homogeneous and tasty cream. Lubricate each cake abundantly with cream, folding the cake on top of each other. Lubricate the top and sides of the Spartak cake with cream, decorate the top at will.
