To prepare a chess cake, you need: flour 480 g, sugar 550 g, vegetable oil 300 ml, milk 420 ml, cocoa powder 60 g, baking powder 4. 5 ch, vanilla extract 2 ch, salts 1 ch.
You need to bake 4 pies - 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate. To do this, rinse with vegetable oil inside the baking molds and sprinkle with flour. Shake off excess flour and set aside the forms for now.
Prepare the flour.
Add baking powder or baking powder to the flour.
Add salt.
Mix and sieve through a sieve.
Fall asleep in a dish for kneading dough.
Add sugar.
Pour in vegetable oil.
Add eggs.
Pour in the milk.
Beat by hand or with a mixer.
The dough must be liquid and homogeneous.
Divide equally into 2 dishes.
