We make shortbread. In half the flour with sugar and baking powder, we cut cold oil into cubes. We rub it with our hands. Then we add yolks and pour flour, mix the dough.
We divide the dough into 4 kolobks. We put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Cook while the cream. Add starch, sugar, and yolks to cold milk. We stir everything and put it on fire. Stirring constantly, cook the cream until thickened.
We remove the finished cream from the fire. I immediately added cut oil. Stirred well.
Cover the cream with film in contact and put it in the cold. Can be put in cold water.
Now we take our proteins and beat them, then add sugar and beat them to the peaks.
We take our dough, one part. Heat the oven to 180 grams. We roll out immediately on paper through a film measuring 23 by 23 cm. And spread protein on top of it. And sprinkle with nuts. I had almonds in petals. You can any, for example, walnuts, peanuts.
Bake for 15 minutes. We reduce the oven to 160g. We do the same with another test. We should get 4 cakes.
