Wheat flour - 3 pack., Margarine - 200 gr., Sugar - 1 pack., Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Food soda - 1 tea liter., Honey - 2 table., Butter - 250 gr., Condensed milk - 1 can., Mastic - 20 gr.
We prepare the ingredients. The secret of preparing a tasty and successful honey maker is to use not fresh liquid honey, but already thickened. We take margarine, eggs and butter out of the refrigerator in advance, they should be at room temperature.
We dissolve margarine and honey in a water bath.
To do this, it is better to use a glass bowl, which we place in a pan of water so that it does not reach the bottom of the bowl a little.
When they turn into a smooth mass, pour sugar into the bowl and constantly interfere until the sugar dissolves.
Then we add soda and stir the mass until it turns white and increases in volume. Then remove the bowl with the dough preparation from the water bath and leave to cool.
When the mass becomes warm, drive the eggs into it and mix thoroughly with a spoon or mix with a blender.
Then we pour in the sifted flour, it is better not to pour it all at once, but in portions so that the dough mixes well.
We knead a soft elastic dough, but it should stay in the ball, not crawl and not crumble. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
We remove the finished dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 8 parts. We roll them into balls, roll each ball into a thin cake.
You can immediately cut out a circle of the desired size from it, or cut out the cake from the baked dough. We heat each cake with a fork so that it does not swell.
We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake each cake for 7 minutes on average. Take it out of the oven when it's slightly browned. Let the corjam cool down. We will also bake the leftover dough and turn it into crumbs using a rolling pin or grinder, we need them to sprinkle the cake. Let the corjam cool down.
Meanwhile, make the cream. Beat the butter softened at room temperature with a mixer with a can of condensed milk. If desired, condensed milk in a jar can be cooked beforehand, but more delicious than a honeybee if the condensed milk is not boiled.
Grease each cake with cream, cover it with the next one.
We also lubricate the top of the cake and sides with cream. Sprinkle the cake with crumbs. We decorate at will, you can with ready-made poppy flowers. We put the cake in the refrigerator for the night so that it soaks well.
Serve with tea or coffee. Have a nice tea party!
