Honeycomb on kefir with citrus cream
8 servings2 hours
Wheat flour - 2 pack., Kefir - 2 pack., Sugar - 2 pack., Honey - 2 table., Eggs - 2 pcs., Baking powder - 12 g, Butter - 250 g, Condensed milk - 250 g, Lemons - 1 pc., Oranges - 1 pc.
Prepare all the ingredients.
To make crust, mix eggs, honey, kefir and sugar with a mixer. When the sugar is completely dissolved, pour in a bag of baking powder and add the sifted flour in portions. Mix everything at medium speed with a mixer. The result is a non-empty dough, from which we will cook three cakes.
We pour the third part of the dough into a baking tin pre-lined with paper, and send it to an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. So we bake all the cakes.
We let the corjam cool down and make the cream.
To make the cream, mix the softened butter until condensed milk until smooth. We will leave the butter and milk cream for a short time and deal with citrus. Pour boiling water over the orange and lemon, cut into small pieces and grind using a blender.
Add the citrus puree to the butter cream and mix with a mixer at a low speed. Citrus cream is ready, the corgi have cooled and we form a cake.
We lubricate each cake and side surfaces with cream abundantly. We send the cake to the refrigerator to soak for 2 hours. We decorate the finished cake at will (I usually decorate with chocolate) and serve it to the table.
Honey man on kefir with buttery citrus cream is ready! Enjoy your meal!
