How do you make a juicy curd cake with fragrant strawberries and fragrant pastry-free bananas that will no doubt appeal to many for its gorgeous flavours? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for the preparation of the most delicious strawberry-banana curd cake.
To make the gelatin mass, take a saucepan and pour thirty-five grams of edible gelatin into it, then pour three hundred milliliters of cold milk into the saucepan.
Mix all the ingredients together well in a saucepan, then set it aside to swell the gelatin.
Take a voluminous bowl and put two hundred grams of cottage cheese into it, then three hundred and fifty grams of 15% sour cream.
