How to make a classic sour cream cake? Prepare the ingredients. You can take a large bowl and cook all the dough at once. Or you can cook a separate batch of dough for each cake - choose what is better for you. Drive the eggs into a bowl. Pour in the sugar and vanillin. Using a blender, whisk the eggs for about 5 minutes to dissolve all the sugar crystals.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The form in which you will bake the cakes, brush with butter and sprinkle flour on the bottom and sides. Transfer the first part of the dough to the tin and send to the oven for about 40 minutes. Check the dough readiness with a wooden toothpick. If it comes out dry, then the dough baked well. Also bake a second cake. Determine the temperature and baking time by your oven.
You can decorate the cake with crumbs of dough trimmings or in a different way, at your discretion. You can leave the cake white, decorated with a few raspberry berries, grated chocolate and a sprig of mint. Sour cream and airy, tender sour cream cakes are delicious in their own right. Let the cake soak well (leave it in the fridge overnight). Serve to the table with tea or coffee. Have a nice tea party!
