Sugar - 1 pack., Butter - 100 gr., Eggs - 2 pcs., Wheat flour - 500 gr., Baking soda - 2 tea liters., Honey - 2 tbl., Sugar - 1.5 tbl., Butter - 150 gr., Eggs - 1 pc., Wheat flour - 2 tbl., Starch - 2 tbl., Milk - 2 tbl.
Ingredients
We start by putting 2 full spoons of honey in a saucepan and 2 teaspoons of soda, heating the mass, mixing. Gradually add butter, sugar. We cook the dough, as it were, constantly stirring. The pot should stand in a water bath! Then we remove it from the stove. Cool down slightly. We drive in one egg and stir well.
Now we transfer this mass into the container and add 3-4 glasses of sifted flour to it.
We knead the dough. It will resemble warm plasticine
and we put it in the fridge for 20 minutes so that it hardens a little.
After this time, we take out the dough, divide it into 6 parts and put it back in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
After that, roll each piece immediately onto an oiled baking sheet and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes. So we bake all the cakes.
After that, we prepare the cream. To do this, mix all the components, beat them
and put on a slow fire and heat to thickening. Then add 150-200 grams of butter, beat, then cool. The cream is ready.
They miss all the cakes and fold them on top of each other.
For the night, we clean the cake in the refrigerator.
