Banana biscuit cake
14 servings2 hours 20 min
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp, Butter - 10 gr, Chicken eggs - 8 pcs, Sugar - 2 pack, Wheat flour - 2 pack, Sugar - 4 tbsp, Sour cream - 800 ml, Vanillin - 1 gr, Bananas - 4 pcs, Chocolate - 100 gr, Milk - 20 ml, Butter - 50 gr, Coconut shavings - 10 gr

Necessary ingredients. I baked this cake for a children's birthday for 10 children. If you are counting on fewer guests, reduce the number of ingredients by 2 times, since it is very convenient to do it on the site

Drive eggs into a deep container, for better beating they must be well cooled

Add sugar

Beat with a mixer for about 5-7 minutes until the mass increases 2 times and thickens, and the sugar dissolves

In portions, add flour and mix using a mixer at low speeds or using a shoulder blade. We need the very bubbles of air left in the test that will make it airy

I used special dough attachments

Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour. If you doubt that the dough will stick, it is better to cover it with baking paper

Pour the dough into the prepared form and send it to the oven already heated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes (if you have reduced the number of ingredients, then for 25-30 minutes)

Readiness is determined by a wooden toothpick - it must be dry

We remove the biscuit from the mold and let it cool down and only after it completely cools down, we will work with it further

While our sponge cools, it's time to make a cream - it can be anything to taste, but it seems to me that sour cream is perfect here, which, by the way, is very easy to prepare

Add sugar to sour cream (it is better to eat and not sour)

Add a bag of vanillin or vanilla sugar

Mix well - and the cream is ready, the sugar should completely dissolve

We cut off the top of the cooled biscuit - it will be the lid of the cake

Take out the middle neatly

Grease the base with cream

Then we put the bananas right in whole - I spied on the idea on our wonderful site)

Fill empty spaces with pieces of biscuit

Grease with cream

Place pieces of the remaining biscuit on top

Grease with the remaining cream

Cover the cake with a lid

Now let's make the glaze - you can make it with cocoa, but I like chocolate glaze more

Add some milk to chocolate

Melt in a water bath, it is better in a water bath, and not in a microwave

In parallel, melt butter in any available way

Chocolate should melt completely and become liquid

Now we add melted butter to chocolate a little and mix

The glaze is smooth, shiny and very fragrant

We cover the cake with glaze

We decorate to my liking - I sprinkled coconut chips. We remove it for soaking in the cold for at least 4-5 hours, or better for the night

I was making a cake for the children's anniversary - thanks to the fact that all the ingredients are simple and natural, I gave it without fear even to the smallest guests

This is how beautiful it looks in the cut - the child really likes it

Have a nice tea party!
