How to make meatballs like in kindergarten with gravy? Prepare the necessary ingredients. If there is a desire, you can take the ready-made mince, and not twist it yourself, as I do. I have a pork tenderloin with a little fat. Take rice round or long, choose for yourself. Wash it well. Peel and wash the onions.
Fill the pot with water. Transfer the rice to a saucepan and place it on the stove. Cook the rice until tender, salt the water. I have two glasses of water added to half a glass of rice.
Tip the boiled rice into a colander and let drain completely.
Twist the pork through a meat grinder along with the onions. To make it more convenient, cut the onion into 4 parts (do not forget to remove the & quot; bottom & quot;).
Add the boiled rice to the minced pork.
Drive a raw chicken egg into the mince.
Salt it.
Pepper it. And mix the mince well with a spoon and then your hands.
With wet hands, form round meatballs from minced meat. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour into a flat plate. Roll each meatball in flour from all sides.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil on the stove. Fry the meatballs, gently flipping them to different sides. It is necessary that a ruddy crust appear on them.
This is how they turn out in my frying process. Note that meatballs should fit in the pan all.
For the sauce, dilute the tomato paste with water in a deep plate. I have one glass of water.
Pour the meatballs in the pan with the tomato sauce and simmer them over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Determine the exact time by your stove.
Separately, in a bowl, combine the sour cream with a spoonful of flour. Pour in half a glass of water and stir until smooth. To make the taste of the sauce more pleasant, you can pre-fry the flour in a dry pan until a slight change in color.
Pour the sour cream mixture with flour to the meatballs and simmer the dish for a further 10-15 minutes, covered over a low heat. At this stage, you need to achieve the desired gravy density. In my family, they love her better, so I added another 0. 5 glasses of water.
Then add the bay leaf to the dish, simmer for a further 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Call more kids to the table and try it yourself! Our meatballs are ready in kindergarten!
Any side dish fits them: potatoes, porridge or, as in my case, macaroni) Pleasant appetite!
