How to make pork with mushrooms in a pan in a sauce with onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To cook, I choose a pork neck. There is some lard in it, so the finished meat will not be dry. Cut the prepared pork into small pieces.
Sprinkle the chopped meat with flour and mix. Try to ensure that each piece is covered with flour evenly.
Rinse the champignons from dirt and cut into 2-4 parts. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and place the chopped champignons. Fry them for 3-4 minutes until rosy. Then set the fried mushrooms aside.
Peel and cut the onions into half rings. In another pan, fry the chopped onions for 2-3 minutes to turn a clear colour.
Then put the chopped meat in the pan to the onion. Fry the meat with the onions over a high heat for 2-3 minutes to stop it being pink.
Add the sour cream, tomato paste and water to the pan. Stir everything, cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes to soften the meat. To taste, add a little salt and ground pepper. If necessary, you can pour some more water.
When the meat is soft, add the fried mushrooms to it. Stir and warm everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Pork with mushrooms and onions in sauce is ready! As a side dish, boiled rice will be the perfect option! A pleasant appetite!
