Steer fry from pork with vegetables

Pork - 600 grams, Champignons - 200 grams, Vegetable oil - 100 ml, Garlic - 3 teeth, Bell peppers - 250 grams, Carrots - 1 pc., Celery stem - 1 pc., Soy sauce - 100 ml, Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp., Potato starch - 1 tea.
How do you make a pork fry with vegetables? Prepare the ingredients. Defrost pork, if necessary, in advance. Wash and dry the vegetables. Wipe the champignons with a clean, damp rag. Or you can wash and dry them too.
Rinse the pork, dry and cut into bars across the fibres. Instead of pork, you can take any other meat or poultry.
Cut the mushrooms into plates.
Remove the seeds from the Bulgarian peppers. Cut the flesh into bars. It is advisable to use peppers of different colors - this way the dish will turn out to be brighter and more beautiful.
Peel and cut the carrots into strips.
Also cut the celery stalk into straws.
Prepare the sauce products. In a separate bowl, mix together: soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and starch.
Run the garlic through the press and add to the sauce.
Mix everything well until smooth.
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot, thick-bottomed pan and fry the pork over a high heat in a few steps. There should be little meat in the pan for the pieces to cook well, but not have time to release a lot of juice. Transfer the meat to a plate.
In a freed frying pan in the same way, in several steps, fry mushrooms for 2-3 minutes per run, adding vegetable oil if necessary. Transfer the fried mushrooms to the meat.
Fry the celery quickly until a ruddy crust appears. Transfer to the main, already finished products.
Similarly, fry and add the carrots to the meat, mushrooms and vegetables.
Next, fry the bell peppers in batches for 2 minutes for each batch.
After frying the last batch of peppers, put the previously fried meat with mushrooms and vegetables in the pan.
Quickly fill the vegetables with prepared sauce. Fry everything over a high heat, stirring, 1 a minute. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the dish hot. Enjoy your meal!
