4 servings1 hour 10 min
Pork - 600 g, Breadcrumbs - 100 g, Wheat flour - 30 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
How to make chopped pork schnitzel? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste, for example, paprika, suneli hops, dry herbs, etc. When using ready-made spice mixtures, take into account that they usually already have salt and pepper and otherwise risk salting and pepper the dish.

If your piece of pork is whole, then cut it into thin slices. Beat off the chopped meat with a hammer.
Cut the chipped pork slices into thin strips. And these strips, in turn, cut into small cubes.
Transfer the pork to a bag. Pour in the flour and spices. Shake the bag well so that the flour and spices are evenly distributed over the meat.
Transfer the chopped pork to a bowl. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. The minced meat should have such a viscous consistency that it does not break down into separate pieces when forming schnitzels. If necessary, you can add some more flour.
From minced meat, form oval schnitzels the size of a palm and carefully roll them on all sides in breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan over a medium heat (I have a 6 of 9 mode), heat the vegetable oil and fry the schnitzels on it for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden.
Transfer the finished schnitzels to a plate and serve with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
