Roasted pork loin on bone in a frying pan

Pork loin - 600 gr, Lemon juice - 3 tbsp, Olive oil - 3 tbsp, Garlic - 1 tooth, Parsley - 15 gr, Bay leaf - 1 pc., Mixture of herbs - to taste, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Necessary ingredients
Cut the loin 1. 5-2 cm thick, mine, dry well with paper towels, salt and pepper
For marinade, squeeze lemon juice
Add olive oil
Finely chop garlic with a knife
Finely cut parsley, break the bay leaf into several parts and add it to the marinade
We add aromatic herbs to taste - I have a mixture of Provence herbs, thyme or a little rosemary is also great here
Mix well - and the marinade is ready!
We place the loin in the marinade for at least 6 hours, the maximum is a day. During pickling, it is advisable to mix the pieces and water with marinade
We liberate marinated meat from marinade, carefully remove pieces of garlic and parsley
Fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden
Put the fried loin in a baking dish and send it to the oven at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes
