How do you make pork steak in an oven in foil? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Vegetable oil can be taken olive or sunflower depending on preferences. In addition to these spices, you can use your own to taste. Instead of cherry tomatoes, you can use regular strong tomatoes. Bacon can be replaced with another smoked meat cut into thin slices, such as ham.
Wash pork steaks, thoroughly dry with paper towels. Brush on both sides with vegetable oil and sprinkle with spices.
Wash the bell pepper, peel the seeds and cut into rings.
Preheat the grill over a high heat. Lay out the steaks and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until a bright, crisp pattern appears on the meat surface.
Remove the steaks from the pan and leave to cool slightly. Wrap each steak tightly with 2-3 slices of bacon.
Wash and dry tomatoes and champignons. If the champignons are large, cut them into 2-4 parts. Place the bacon steak on a sheet of foil. Arrange cherry tomatoes, champignons and bell peppers around. Top with a sprig of rosemary.
Wrap the steak in foil to prevent the juice from leaking out when baking. Similarly, prepare the rest of the steaks.
Place the pork in the oven preheated to 250 ° C for 15 minutes. It is better to put the meat wrapped in foil on a baking sheet. If the juice from under the foil does leak, it does not pour the oven.
Then open the foil and return the meat to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the baked pork steaks with the vegetables to a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
