Red fish steak in the oven

We cover the baking dish with foil, lubricate the bottom with half of the vegetable oil. Take a sheet of foil of such a size that it is enough to wrap the fish before baking. We lay out rosemary, cut ginger root on the bottom. We put portioned fish steaks, salt and pepper on top. We put a slice of salted lemon on top of each steak. Spray everything with the rest of the oil. Wrap the fish in a foil converter and put it in an oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes in the oven in foil, we take out and unwrap the fish. To make the fish brown, put it under the grill for another 10 minutes or in the oven heated for several more degrees. Steaks are ready, serve with your favorite salad or side dish. Heartfelt evenings!
