How to bake trout steak in a foil oven? Prepare the products. Defrost the fish beforehand, if necessary. Take steaks depending on the number of eaters and the volume of steaks - my steak is quite large - 280g, so it is quite suitable for 2 servings even without a side dish (for girls for sure). Choose fish spices to your liking. Wash the lemon with a brush and dry with napkins. Cut in half. Squeeze the juice out of a small part of the lemon half.
