Juicy pink salmon steaks in foil oven

Pink salmon steak - 350 gr, Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp, Soy sauce - 3 tbsp, Lemon juice - 2 tbsp, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to bake pink salmon steaks in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pink salmon can be bought immediately in the form of steaks or take a whole and cut yourself into pieces. Rinse the pink salmon steaks in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice with salt and spices. As a spice, I use a ready-made set of spices for fish.
Add the vegetable oil and soy sauce to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients.
Dip each pink salmon steak in the resulting sauce so that it covers it from all sides.
Prepare any heat-resistant dish for baking. It can be metal, glass or ceramic. I use ceramic. Line the bottom of the tin with a sheet of foil and place the pink salmon steaks prepared for baking on it.
Cover the top with another sheet of foil and twist the edges. Place the fish tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Navigate your oven. The baking time will depend on the oven power and the size of the steaks themselves.
For 10 minutes at the end of the roasting, remove the top foil sheet and leave the fish in the oven to brown a little.
Juicy, delicious and very appetising pink salmon steaks are ready! Transfer them to a plate and serve to the table. Supplement the baked fish with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
