Creamy sauce made from fresh porcini mushrooms

1. Clean and wash the mushrooms if fresh. If not, let it thaw.
2. Cut into small pieces.
3. Peel the onions, cut into fines.
4. In a pan, heat the butter, put the onions in it, fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the mushrooms. Stir, fry the onions with the mushrooms for 10 minutes.
6. Pour cream into the pan, put salt, pepper (if desired), a pinch of cumin.
7. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and keep for a further 10 minutes on a low heat. Don't forget to stir. The sauce is ready, serve it on the table in a beautiful container, decorate with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
