Put the eggs in a saucepan with boiling and slightly salted water and cook them after boiling for 8-10 minutes until hard boiled. Transfer the finished eggs to a bowl of cold water and let them cool completely. Then we clean and separate the proteins from the yolks - we will use them separately. First we will deal with the yolks. To do this, put them in a small plate, add salt and pepper to taste.
