Pork - 600 gr, Onions - 2 pcs., Basil - 1 tea liter, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
Peel the onions, rinse in cool water and finely chop. Remember the chopped onion with your hands so that it can juice faster. Add the onion to the bowl to the meat. Add meat spices and dried basil here. As a spice, I use a mixture of ground peppers. But dried basil, quite, can be replaced with any other dried aromatic herbs. Stir all the ingredients and leave to stand for 2-3 hours.
