Then we separate the marinade from the fish, cut the fillet into small pieces. In the same way, cut sweet peppers and fresh tomatoes. We put on a sturgeon kebab on the spit in succession, first a piece of fish, then pepper, again fish, now a piece of tomato, 1 bay leaf, and again a piece of fish, etc. We fry sturgeon barbecue on a grill or over hot coals on all sides until it is golden.
