Clean the onion, finely chop it, put it in a bowl as well. We bring the marinade to a boil, but there is no need to boil - we remove it from the heat and pour the meat. We wait for it to cool down completely, after which we cover the container and remove the meat to marinate in the cold for a day. Time has passed - remove the meat from the marinade, sprinkle with a little salt. It remains to string meat on skewers and fry as usual. Fry until tender - a ruddy, mouth-watering crust.
