Beef kebab in the oven

The meat must be mine, we dry it with a paper towel. Cut into pieces (only the same more or less in size). Put the prepared meat in a bowl, pour kefir and soy sauce, season with pepper and salt. We send to the refrigerator for an hour (you can for two, but we can't wait). We string pickled meat on wooden skewers (I had a couple of tomatoes - I tied them in places), put it on a comfortable and suitable heatproof shape. We bake the kebab in the oven at 180 degrees, in the process we turn the skewers over for uniform baking. It will take about half an hour plus or minus 5 minutes to bake. Well, the caprice is satisfied. Delicious, very delicious! Good mood and tasty kebabs in any weather)
