We take a piece of scale-cleared trout. We deprive it of all the bones with a knife, if we do not want to catch them with our teeth later. Of course, there should be no scales on it either, but you can leave the skin. When we have completely cleared the fish of parts that interfere with us, we divide it into large pieces. We put pieces of trout in a bowl, sprinkling it with white ground pepper and salt. We wait an hour and take to plant trout on skewers coated with oil. Over hot coals, cooking kebabs will take you about five minutes, plus or minus a minute. The cooked trout kebab can be sprinkled with individual spices or poured over lemon juice. Help yourself!
