Kebab meat with lemon and garlic

1. Wash the meat, dry with paper towels and cut into medium-sized chunks.
2. Put the cut meat in a large bowl, add salt, spices to taste and roll the meat well into them. You can rub salt and spices directly into meat pieces with your hands.
3. Peel the onions and garlic, grind, add to the meat.
4. Cut half of the lemon into thin circles, squeeze the juice from the rest of the lemons. Add both to the bowl to the meat, stir it.
5. Cut the rosemary, put to the rest of the ingredients. Adjust the amount to your taste.
6. Put the meat for the kebab to marinate for 7 hours in a cool place, you can leave in the refrigerator for the whole night.
