Assemble the moonshine according to the instructions. If necessary, connect the cold water hoses. Put on the heat. Do not allow temperatures to rise above 80 degrees. Once the temperature reaches 70 degrees, turn on the cold water to cool the product. Assemble the finished moonshine in a separate dish. In principle, it is ready for consumption, but has a pronounced moonshine aroma. Therefore, I recommend a second distillation.
Then moonshine will turn out to be cleaner. To do this, dilute the resulting moonshine to a fortress of 20 degrees - take 500 ml of water per liter of moonshine. Pour the diluted moonshine into the moonshine and transfer again in the same way. This time, collect the first and last 100 ml of moonshine in a separate dish, they are not usable. They need to be poured out. Bottle the remaining moonshine received and let it brew for a couple of days.
