Chicken liver - 500 gr, Lettuce - 1 pc., Ruccola - 100 gr, Iceberg salad - 100 gr, Pistachio - 50 gr, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp., Cherry tomatoes - 200 gr., Grainy mustard - 2 tsp., Honey - 1 tbsp., Lemon juice - 1 tbsp., Olive oil - 4 tbsp.
wash the chicken liver, dry with a paper towel, remove the films, salt. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess vegetable oil.
