Golden cockerel salad decoration

Chicken eggs - 5 pcs., Potatoes - 3 pcs., Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs., Beef - 500 gr., Carrots - 1 pc., Green peas - 1 pack., Parsley - 15 gr., Bell pepper - 0.5 pcs., Olives - 3 pcs., Green onions - 15 gr., Mayonnaise - 200 gr., Salt - to taste
Boil the salad ingredients (potatoes, carrots and eggs), chill and peel them. Boil the beef. Leaving the cucumber, a piece of meat and yolks to garnish, cut the potatoes, carrots, egg whites and meat into cubes. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix if necessary.
Place the salad on a dish, moulding a rooster silhouette.
Finely chop the egg yolks.
Sprinkle the salad with yolks and slightly smooth the surface with your hands or spoon.
Cut the crest and earrings out of the pepper. Comfortable with scissors.
Attach details to the salad. If it doesn't hold, help yourself with mayonnaise.
Beak - a piece of beef, eyes - a ring of olive.
Paws are also made of meat. For the tail, use spring onions, thinly sliced peppers and slices of meat.
The final touches are a wing made of a slice of beef, olive on a collar and grass-litter from parsley, so that the rooster lives well and sleeps gently in the new year.
