Wash the bell peppers, dry, peel the seeds and stalks. Cut the peppers into strips.
Wash dill and parsley, shake off moisture and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, cilantro, green onions or use a mixture of different herbs.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over a medium heat. Place the bell peppers and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. The pepper should soften slightly, but keep its shape and bright color.
