Warm red rice salad with raisins and kuraga

1. My rice in cold water. Cook after boiling the water under the lid over a medium heat for 30 minutes.
2. The apricots and raisins are thoroughly mine. Cut the dried apricots into cubes.
3. Clean the onions and cut into half rings.
4. Heat the pan with olive oil and pour out the cardamom. Then add the onions and fry for five minutes, stirring.
5. Add dried apricots to the onion and fry for another three minutes.
6. Lightly add the finished rice, put raisins and fried dried apricots with onions to it.
7. Mix and serve in a warm form. Enjoy your meal!
Red rice - 200 gr, Water - 400 ml, Curaga - 80 gr, Raisins - 100 gr, Onions - 80 gr, Olive oil - 40 ml, Cardamom - 5 gr, Salt - to taste
