Round rice - 1 pack, Water - 1.15 pack, Rice vinegar - 50 ml, Salt - 1 tea liter, Sugar - 2 tbsp, Nori - 5 gr, Cucumbers - 1 pc., Cream cheese - 180 gr, Crab meat - 50 gr, Red fish - 200 gr, Sesame - 2 tbsp.
How to make Sushi salad cake? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take rice round-lake. Crab meat can be replaced with crab sticks. Any fish is suitable for lightly salted: pink salmon, salmon or trout. Prawns and avocados can also be added to the filling of such a cake. Curd cheese can be mixed with wasabi and soy sauce if desired.
Rinse the rice well several times to clean water. When boiling rice for land, the ratio of rice to water should be 1: 1. 15. You can cook rice both in a regular saucepan and in a slow cooker. I use a slow cooker. To cook in a saucepan, first bring the rice to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to minimal and cook without interfering for about 15 minutes. Do not cover the pan with a lid. Let the finished rice brew for about 15 more minutes.
While the rice is infused, make a dressing for it. To do this, heat rice vinegar a little, pour salt and sugar into it and mix until dissolved.
Pour the boiled rice over the sauce and gently stir with a wooden spatula.
Cut two sheets of nori algae into small squares with scissors.
You can start assembling salad-cake. To do this, it is convenient to use a serving ring with a diameter of 15 cm. With the first layer, place the nori pieces tightly so that there are no gaps between them.
Put half the rice in the next layer.
Transfer the cream cheese to a pastry bag or regular bag, cutting off the corner from it. Spiral the cheese over the rice.
Peel the cucumbers and slice thinly. Place a layer of cucumbers on top of the cream cheese.
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and sprinkle a layer of cucumbers with them.
Cut the crab meat (crab sticks) into small pieces and lay out the next layer of chopped crab sticks (crab meat). If you don't like crab meat, then this layer can be laid out with red fish. Then you get two layers with fish.
Top the crab meat with chopped nori seaweed.
Put the rest of the rice in the next layer.
Settle the remaining cream cheese from the pastry bag.
Flatten the cream cheese a little with a knife.
Put the chopped red fish in the last layer, and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Sushi's cake at home is ready. Enjoy your meal!
