1. I carefully wash my potatoes, put them in a saucepan. Fill with water so that the potatoes are completely covered with it. Send the pan to the heat, boil the potatoes until tender. If you already have ready-made potatoes in your uniform, you can safely use it. Cool the potatoes, peel, cut into cubes.

2. Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled. This will take about 7 minutes. Then transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water, cool. Then we clean from the shell and cut into cubes in proportion to the potato.

3. Peel onions from husks, cut into straws. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until soft. There is no need to brown it. Put the onions in a bowl with potatoes, gently stirred.

4. We put the gorkushki in a colander, carefully mine under running water. This is necessary in order to wash off excess salt. Then dry the bittersweets and cut into small pieces.

5. My spring onions, cut finely. We lay out most of it to the mushrooms, mix it. The rest of the onion will be needed for decoration.

6. We collect salad in a culinary ring. The first layer is potatoes with onions, the second is bitterns, the third is eggs. Wash each layer with mayonnaise. Top the salad with chopped green onions. You can serve immediately, or you can refrigerate for a couple of hours for impregnation. Of course, the salad that has been infused will have a richer taste and aroma.
