Chicken breasts - 1 pc., Potatoes - 3 pcs., Chicken eggs - 4 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Bell pepper - 2 pcs., Hard cheese - 150 gr, Mayonnaise - 100 gr, Vinegar essence - 1 table, Sugar - 0.5 table, Salt - 0.5 table, Green peas - 0.5 tbsp., Canned corn - 0.5 tbsp., Olives - 25 pcs.
To prepare the original New Year's salad with smoked chicken breast, we prepare the necessary products.
To make the marinade, cut very finely one head of bulb onions.
Put the chopped onions in a deep bowl.
Add half a tablespoon of salt to the onion bowl.
Add half a tablespoon of sugar to the bowl.
Also add one tablespoon of acetic essence to the bowl.
Pour boiling water and mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
Cut one smoked chicken breast into a small cube.
Cut two red bell peppers into a small cube.
We rub three potatoes cooked in a uniform on a large grater.
Put the grated potatoes in the first layer in a plate, level and apply a layer of mayonnaise with a net on top.
Put the chicken breast cut into a cube with the following layer.
We seal the layer well and fill it with a mesh of mayonnaise.
Rinse pickled onions under running cold water and drain all the water.
We lay out the onions in the next thin layer and make a mesh of mayonnaise on top.

We lay out and compact the next layer of grated four chicken proteins, then cover the top and sides of the mayonnaise.
We put solid cheese grated on a coarse grater on top and sides of the salad, after which we make a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
Lay out and seal well the final layer of grated four chicken yolks.
Top the salad with corn, chopped small straws of bell pepper and green peas with olives.
