Let's make the ingredients for the salad. They are identical to the composition of the classic herring under a fur coat salad (except herring). These are potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, boiled eggs, mayonnaise, salt. Potatoes, carrots and beetroot mine and boil in a uniform. We check the readiness of vegetables with a knife tip or fork, they should easily enter the vegetable. We drain the water in which the vegetables were cooked, let the vegetables cool and clean.
The second layer of lettuce will be yolks of chicken eggs. Sprinkle with grated yolks on top. Mayonnaise does not need to lubricate them. Next comes the boiled carrots. We clean the carrots and rub it also on the grater, put the carrots on the chicken yolks in a plate, level it and grease it with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle crushed bulb onions and grated proteins of chicken eggs on top. Grease with mayonnaise. The last layer will be beets. We clean the beets and rub them on a grater. We distribute it over the surface of the salad. Grease on top with mayonnaise. If desired, the sequence of layers can be changed, the taste will not change from this. The salad should be allowed to cool and soak in the refrigerator. We decorate the salad with herbs and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
