Herring under a fur coat with an apple

Herring - 200 g, Beets - 150 g, Potatoes - 200 g, Carrots - 120 g, Apples - 100 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Mayonnaise - 150 g
Cut the herring fillet into a small cube.
We rub boiled potatoes on coarse grater and add a third of mayonnaise, mix, put on a dish. Put chopped herring on top.
We rub an apple on the herring.
We also do with carrots on a large grater and add the second third of mayonnaise, mix and put on top of apples.
We rub the beets and mix them with the remaining mayonnaise, put them on our dish and distribute them over the entire surface.
We rub the protein of a chicken egg at the edges of the dish, rub the yolk in the middle on a fine grater.
