Herring under a fur coat mosaic

1. Wash potatoes, carrots and beets, boil in peel. Cool down. Peel and grate vegetables on a coarse grater into different dishes.
2. Pour 125 mL of water into gelatin.
3. Cut the herring fillet into small cubes.
4. Heat gelatin until completely dissolved.
5. Combine gelatin with mayonnaise and mix.
6. Divide the gelatin into 5 parts and add to the vegetables and herring. Mix.
7. Put in layers in the form: ½ beets - ½ herring - carrots - remaining herring - remaining beets. Pour mayonnaise-gelatin mixture residues on top.
8. Place the tin in the refrigerator for 3 hours to set.
9. Before serving, remove the salad from the tin and cut into portions.
Herring - 250 grams, Mayonnaise - 150 grams, Gelatin - 25 grams, Potatoes - 3 pcs., Carrots - 2 pcs., Beets - 2 pcs.
