Potatoes, beets, my carrots, boil until tender, then cool and peel. We do the same with eggs: boil hard, cool, peel. We rub the prepared vegetables on a coarse grater in different plates so that they do not repaint from beets. We separate egg whites from yolks, rub separately on a fine grater. And now we will form a salad in the form of a roll: put a piece of foil or cling film on the work surface, then lay out the beets, level with an even layer, press, salt, cover with mayonnaise (the amount of mayonnaise to taste). Then we make the next layer from egg whites (leave a little for decoration), carrots, potatoes, each of which is salted and greased with mayonnaise. Now it's herring's turn (I have this filet, I don't like to mess with fish), we put it on potatoes with a narrow strip. We lift one edge of the foil and very carefully roll into a roll, connecting both edges. We send the package to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (you can also at night, if time allows). Then carefully lay out the salad on a dish, on which we will serve on the table, seam down. Only now you can remove the foil. We decorate Shuba with the remaining egg white and yolk, as well as finely chopped greens. Treat yourself to health!
