8 servings1 hour 50 min
Potatoes - 300 gr, Carrots - 80 gr, Cucumbers - 100 gr, Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Sausages - 150 gr, Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Tomatoes - 100 gr., Bell pepper - 100 gr., Parsley - 20 gr., Dill - 20 gr., Allspice - 1 pc.
We put potatoes and carrots to boil, you don't need to peel them - just wash them. I also cook eggs. After the eggs and vegetables are ready, we wait for them to cool down. We peel carrots and potatoes from the skin, eggs - from the shell.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them in a bowl.
We also cut carrots into cubes, put them to cut potatoes.
We take peeled eggs. We leave the yolks for later, and finely cut the whites.
My cucumber, peel and cut into cubes like the rest of the vegetables.
We cut sausages (or boiled sausage) into cubes a little larger.
Add mayonnaise to the bowl. It is important not to overdo it - put it strictly according to the recipe, otherwise the salad will not be able to keep the shape of a rooster, it will spread.
Mix the contents of the bowl. Add salt, if necessary.
We take a beautiful flat plate, large enough. On its surface, we form the future cockerel from the resulting salad.
Three yolks on a fine grater and sprinkle them with a cockerel.
Now let's move on to decorating the salad. We cut out a scallop, a goatee and a cockerel beak from a tomato. Fragrant polka dots will look great as an eye.
From the remaining tomato, bell pepper and fresh greens form a wing and tail.
The rest of the greens will go to weed under the cockerel. It's all done!
