Let's start the preparation of Zodiac salad with the preparation of chicken meat. We boil one chicken breast in advance in salted water. You can add spices and bay leaves to the water during cooking, if desired. Leave the boiled chicken breast to cool completely right in the water in which it was cooked. So chicken meat will remain juicy. Cut the cooled chicken meat into a cube or disassemble into fibers. Mushroom mushrooms are thoroughly washed under running water, let the water drain. We cut each mushroom in half, then each half with plates. We start frying mushrooms in vegetable oil. First, the mushrooms release juice. When the juice evaporates, add finely chopped onions to the mushrooms. Fry until golden. Thanks to this not cunning reception, onions with mushrooms turn out to be fried and very tasty. If you start frying the onion first, then it will be cooked in mushroom juice, and not fried. At the end of frying, the mushrooms are salty. We leave the mushrooms to cool. Two small fresh cucumbers mine and cut into a cube. Cook the eggs, peel the shells and also cut into a small cube. Open a can of canned corn, drain the liquid. In a deep salad bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients: 2/3 cans of corn, chicken meat, fresh cucumber, mushrooms fried with onions, boiled eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Season with a little mayonnaise and mix the salad well. When serving, decorate the finished salad with herbs (dill sprig). If desired, you can add more spring onions to the Zodiac salad. The Zodiac salad is very colorful, bright, and most importantly very tasty. Such a salad will decorate any table. All the ingredients of the dish fit perfectly with each other: cucumber brings juiciness and freshness, fried mushrooms - aroma, boiled chicken eggs and fillet give satiety, and canned corn - color and light sweetness.
