How to make a vitamin salad from cabbage and carrots? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove 2-4 external leaves from the cabbage head. We won't need them. Choose the sweet and sour apple to taste.
Shave cabbage with a sharp knife. Try to make it as thin as possible. When the cabbage is thinly shredded, the salad is very tender. Remember shredded cabbage with your hands. This is necessary for it to become softer and juicier. Then transfer the cabbage to a bowl in which you will prepare the salad.
Peel the carrots and apple and rinse them from dirt. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, and the apple on a large one. Upon contact with the air, the grated apple begins to darken. You can sprinkle it a little with lemon juice.
Peel and thinly chop the onions.
Also cut into thin bars of bell pepper. I only added half the pepper. But you can add a whole one too. Put the chopped onions and bell peppers in the bowl for the salad.
Pour vegetable oil and lemon juice over the salad. Add salt and sugar to taste.
