Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush to get rid of the rest of the earth. Boil the raw potatoes until cooked (about 15-20 minutes after boiling, depending on the variety). Boil the chicken breast in slightly salted water. The cooking time depends on the size of the brisket, I had small pieces, so ten minutes was enough.
