How to make salad Evening with mushrooms and Korean carrots? Prepare salad products. The salad is made from boiled, fried or smoked chicken, I take the breast, but you can take your hips or lower leg any fillet. Prunes must first be soaked in warm water. Cucumbers are fresh. Korean carrots can be bought, or you can cook yourself at home. Prepare salad dishes.
Fresh mushrooms champignons (can be used and frozen) clean from garbage and the rest of the earth, rinse under running water. Do not roughly cut mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil until tender, stirring constantly. During frying, the mushrooms have a little salt.
Peel the chicken from the skin (I don't add the skin to the salad), remove the bones if they still remain and cut into small cubes. Put the chopped chicken in the selected salad dish. Lightly rinse the layer with mayonnaise chicken.
Chill the mushrooms fried with onions. Lay the next layer with champignons with onions. This layer can also be smeared with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Finely chop the steamed prunes and put them in a salad over a layer with fried champignons. Here I do not wash the layer with mayonnaise.
Wash fresh cucumbers, dry and cut off the tips. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and place on top of the prunes in the salad. Rinse the layer with mayonnaise cucumbers.
Put Korean carrots evenly over the layer with cucumbers. The salad is ready and can be decorated with fresh herbs, cucumbers or just beautifully put carrots in the top layer of the salad.
Cool the finished salad before serving. It can be served in a common salad bowl, or you can offer a portion serve using a serving ring.
