Tangerine salad

Tangerine salad... 2 servings
2 hours

Prepare all the necessary products for the salad. Wash the carrots with a hard brush so that pieces of stuck earth do not remain on it. Boil clean carrots until tender, it will take about 50 minutes. I advise you to take not large carrots, as it is faster to cook. While the boiled carrots cool, I advise you to do the filling. Hard-boil the eggs, which will take 5-10 minutes. In order for the eggs to clean better, add a teaspoon of salt to the water. Rub the eggs on a fine grater, so they will be more tender. Finely grated processed cheese is also grated. Combine the eggs and cheese in prepared dishes. A deep bowl is suitable for this. Boil the chicken fillet. Choose the fillet chilled, but not frozen. Then, after cooking, it will retain its taste and juiciness. Lower the washed fillet into salted, boiling water and cook for 30-40 minutes. The cooking time will depend on the size of the pieces. Cool the finished fillet and grind. It is most convenient to do this with a blender. Add the crushed chicken to the egg-cheese mixture. Add the mayonnaise and mix well. So that the salad is not liquid and does not spread during formation, do not add a lot of mayonnaise. Rub the cooled boiled carrots on a fine grater. With finely grated carrots, it will be easier to form a salad. Place a tablespoon of carrots on a film of food and distribute in a thin layer. Roll the ball from the salad mixture and place on the carrot. Use a film to wrap the balloon in carrots. Squeeze gently in your hands to shape the mandarin. Place the finished tangerine ball on a serving plate. Do the same with the remaining ingredients. Garnish the resulting salad with herbs. I advise you to take the leaves of the basilica, as they more resemble tangerine sprigs. However, you can use any green to your liking. Mayonnaise or sour cream can be used as a dressing. The salad will look beautiful on the festive table. And on weekdays it can be easily combined with any side dish. Try with mashed potatoes or boiled rice. Enjoy your meal!
