How to make New Year's Eve Tiger Salad with chicken For the New Year 2022? Prepare all the products that are listed in the recipe. Champignons can be taken either fresh or canned.
Prepare the same chicken fillet. I used turkey fillet this time, it's just as great for a salad.
Peel the onions and shave them finely. Rinse the champignons and dry with napkins. Cut the mushrooms into thin plates.
In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms with the onions on a strong flame, stirring constantly, until all the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates and the appetising golden color appears.
In a separate saucepan, boil unpeeled carrots and potatoes, as well as eggs. Cool the vegetables and peel with the eggs.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the chicken fillet, cut into small cubes, until tender. Remember to slightly salt and add your favorite spices.
Transfer the mushrooms with onions to a deep container. Try to leave the oil that remains after frying in the pan. Add the fried meat and mayonnaise. How much mayonnaise? The amount depends entirely on your taste preferences. I don't like salads & quot; swimming & quot; in mayonnaise, so I always use it to a minimum. Mix everything until smooth.
Put the mushrooms with chicken on the bottom of the serving ring. The recipe used a ring with a diameter of 16 cm.
Next, make a layer with pickled cucumbers, chopped finely.
The next layer will be from potatoes grated on coarse grate. Brush with a little mayonnaise.
Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese and make a thin layer of mayonnaise again.
To form ears, cheeks and chin, rub one or two potatoes on a large grater, add cheese with mayonnaise and mix.
From the resulting mass, blind the ears and lower part of the tiger's face, as in the photo.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Cover the whole salad with carrots.
Halve the eggs. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Rub the yolks, proteins and black olives separately on a fine grater.
