How to make New Year's Tiger Salad with beef for New Year 2022? Prepare the necessary products. For salad, it is better to take young beef. I have veal. It will be softer and weld faster. Take medium-sized carrots.
Lower the beef into boiling salted water. Cook the meat over a moderate heat until tender. The cooking time will depend on the quality of the meat. Veal is boiled for an average of 45-60 minutes, beef up to 2 hours. Cool the cooked meat completely.
Cut the beef into small cubes. You can cut the meat into thin straws. Then cut all other ingredients also into straws so that the shape of the cut is the same.
