Grind the walnuts in a mortar. Or chop it with a knife. I prefer to grind hard so that large pieces do not come across in the salad, but this is a matter of taste, you can leave large pieces. Previously, it is better to dry the peeled nuts slightly in a dry pan - they will become crisper and more fragrant.
